I loved the stay here because it was so close to Irvine Park, where I spent a lovely afternoon strolling through the trails and enjoying the greenery, and the Chippewa Falls Museum of Industry and Technology was just down the road, making it easy to dive into the local history after a morning walk.

My recent stay was quite enjoyable! The pool was a big hit with my kids, and the breakfast had a fantastic omelet station. The rooms were spotless, but the pool area needed some updating. I'd definitely come back!

Nice stay but room issues

We had a 3-night family stay. The pool area was nice, but our room had some major problems. The curtains were really stained, and the bathroom door was super hard to close. Breakfast was decent with some picnic tables outside, which was a plus. Just wish the room was better taken care of!

The bathroom setup left much to be desired. the sink faucet was loose, causing inconvenience during use. Breakfast options were severely limited despite the promising menu, running out of many items before 9 AM. Additionally, the hallway lighting was quite dim and uninviting, adding a foreboding atmosphere to the stay. I faced multiple issues with coffee setups. I received supplies for only two of my three nights at the hotel. In terms of maintenance, the toilet leaked significantly and required me to turn off the water supply between uses—definitely a hassle.

I thoroughly enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the thoughtful service from the staff. The hotel was well-decorated and very accessible for seniors, making it easy for me to navigate the common areas and enjoy my stay.

Breakfast featured a good variety, including a waffle machine, premade specials, and quality Colombian coffee. However, there are issues like a small bathroom and some difficulty with staff responsiveness during breakfast service. In one instance, the toaster was unhelpful for a disabled guest, leading to a delay in assistance.
